If you have been led here to us, and to this page, you are being called to connect with your highest self. The White Stag is the embodiment of our philosophy and approach to integrated healing and total wellness. The pillars of White Stag Wellness PLLC are: Integrity, Authenticity, Courage, and Love. The white stag is a role model to us as we venture forward on our quest.

For centuries, the white stag has been known throughout different cultures as a powerful symbol. Different cultures across time and around the globe have revered the white stag for its elegant balance of gentleness and strength. The white stag connects with us when we are ready to see and explore our truths. We are lead through the darkness by courage and faith, into insights and awareness to our authentic selves.

Centuries ago, the white stag became a symbol of spiritual awakening and truth to earth-based faiths due to its illusive nature and other-worldly appearance, connecting Earth and Spirit. The white stags’ horns being likened to branches of a tree and its white body to spirit. The white stag became a symbol of Christ through stories such as ‘King Arthur and the Knights of the Roundtable” as well as the documented journey of Saint Eustace. Regardless of our individual faith, the white stag connects us with its message.

The white stag reminds us through its image that we are spiritual beings, having a human experience. Our purest self knows why we are here and understands why we chose this mission. Connecting to our most authentic self brings meaning and purpose to our lives. We are on this Earth to be our true, and thus best, selves. Through living this way, we bring our gifts to this planet and aid the human race to its highest potential. We are here on purpose. We can find our greatest joy and fulfillment by being our authentic selves. When we love and accept ourselves exactly as we are, and find courage and compassion to venture through the dark forest with the white stag as our guide, we will step into our light. We welcome you and are honored to be a part of your journey.
